Welcome to MaharNET (“we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing to our Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) internet services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our services.
1. Service Description
1.1. We provide high-speed fiber internet services for residential, small and medium enterprises (SME), and corporate customers.
1.2. The service includes installation, maintenance, and internet connectivity as per the selected plan.
1.3. Service availability depends on technical feasibility at your location.
2. Customer Responsibilities
2.1. You must ensure that the provided equipment (e.g., routers, ONTs) is used responsibly and is not damaged.
2.2. You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
- Spamming
- Hacking
- Hosting illegal content
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure home or office network.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payments are due monthly in advance, based on the selected subscription plan.
3.2. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
3.3. Refunds will not be provided for partial-month services.
4. Service Levels and Downtime
4.1. We aim to provide uninterrupted service; however, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
4.2. Planned maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary disruptions.
4.3. Service credits may be provided for outages exceeding [X] continuous hours, as per our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
5. Installation and Equipment
5.1. Installation fees will be charged based on your location and the selected plan.
5.2. The equipment provided remains our property and must be returned upon service termination.
5.3. Any loss or damage to the equipment may result in additional charges.
6. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
6.1. Unlimited plans are subject to fair usage to ensure network stability.
6.2. Excessive usage may result in speed throttling or additional charges.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Your data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. We do not monitor your internet activities unless required by law or to ensure compliance with these terms.
8. Termination
8.1. You may terminate the service by providing [X] days' written notice.
8.2. We may terminate or suspend your service for:
- Non-payment
- Breach of these terms
- Misuse of the service
9. Liability Limitation
9.1. We are not liable for:
- Loss of business or profits due to service disruptions
